Cooking with Salami - Bacon sandwich

How did I miss this thread until now!


It's really Great stuff:), but costs a bomb to have it shipped from baconsalt.com :mad:

Company in UK now selling BaconSalt at the same price as USA but cheap local postage. I got mine from there last time and only cost me a couple of quid for shipping:D

PS. -Ad-, there's even a "peppered" flavour to save you the trouble, but I prefer the Hickory, it's got a lovely BBQ taste

lose the brown sauce and chinese spices, make sure there's no oil in the pan too.

Bacon, thick cut, best quality, white bread.

Nothing else.
Finally, someone with sense. Why do people put sauce in, it just spoils the bacon?

I generally grill my bacon, rather than fry it, though.
 
Toasted brown bread for me. Back bacon, unsmoked, and a little HP sauce on top.

What brought this thread revival on?
 
8 bacon, 3 pieces 'o' bread, 2 eggs, 4 sausages
Fry all meets and eggs with small amount of butter
make 2 layer sandwich add HP to both layers

serve with Bukkit 'o' Tea (milk 2 sugars)

Nice. You are what I like to call "Alpha". That is a breakfast sandwich for a champ.
 
Do you have a paunch? :p

Cut off the fat.
Grill Bacon.
Add 'very light mayonaise'
Place in wholewheat seeded bread, with Pure Sunflower/Soya Spread.

Add Light Cottage Cheese if you're feeling naughty.

Scrumptious!
