Cooking with Sudden: Aloo Tikki (potato things)

I gave these a try last night and they were great!

From reading your recipe I checked out some other recipes online and one thing I would add to your instructions is that it is good if you can let the boiled potatoes go cold before mashing as it apparently it helps them stick together.

I shall certainly be making these again and will experiment with different flavours, they make a great snack and would be a great addition to a buffet. I reckon you could do some lovely garlic ones, or nice herby ones etc.
