Cooler for 5850

I have a reference 5850, and the fan as developed an irritating grinding noise.

I thought I'd try fitting a cooler. I'll probably make a mess of it, but it's my backup machine so no biggie. Any suggestions on what to get, and guides to how to do it?
 
Thanks for the suggestions. They all seem pretty big. Not to mention pricey! The Mono seems more about what I'd want to spend, but I'll consider all options.

Are there any that would still fit in a standard dual-slot setup?
I could stretch to a triple slot setup if no dual's are available, but I'd prefer to stick to dual if possible.

I'm looking more for quiet running than OC, it'll go in a media centre PC.
 
The problem is; any cooler that can cool a 5850 is gonna cost more than 50% of the value of the card.

I would get the mono plus.
