Cooler for friends i5 4690k

Hi all.
Friend wants a cooler for his cpu. He will be giving it a little overclock but only want to spend around £40-50.

What case does he have? This'll restrict the max cooler height he can fit. For £40-50 you can get a decent air cooler.

Only need to spend £30 on a cooler , either of the coolermaster coolers will do but my choice would be the alphenon but its out is stock at the mo.

used the 212 on an old 4690k i used to own, Was perfect can highly recommend for a cheap cooler

I'm using this chip on an Asus Maximux VII uATX but need a low profile cooler and one to fit inside the 'restriced area' to avoid the ram slots - is the Noctua NH-L9i ok? It seems to be to the largest one that fits the bill, or is it overkill?

or... I've just seen this which should also fit being still within the height restrictions of the SG03 case.

Thanks - should fit. The clearance required (as stated on Silverstone's site) is 82mm so that leaves 15-20mm over the top of the fan to draw in some air against the flat side of the PSU.
