Coolermaster 335 problem

Hello, i have a coolermaster 335 which i bought from ocuk. Today i was using the guitar plugged into my amplifyer and when my foot was on the pc desk i noticed a cracklign sound through the amp.

When i touched the pc chasis it gave me a shock but when the amplifyer is turned off i dont get a shock, has anyone got any ideas.

When you play the guitar, you're grounding the signal, notice when you're touching the strings you don't get that common hum?

Touch metal and the charge travels through to the case.

well i decided i woukld take the pc apart and rebuld makin sure everythigns in place, changed plug fuses etc aswell. problem sorted now.
