Hi Guys,

Just got this set up today with my NZXT 340 case and a Intel i5 4690K @stock 3.5

I have tried it with the Fans touching the case, drawing cold air onto the rad and I am getting 55.c temps across the 4 cores at idle?? This can't be right surely?
When I run Prime95 it is getting up to 100?

Any ideas? I have reapplied thermal paste and re set it but no difference, all fan speeds are on auto?

Any help very much appreciated

Cheers

Some motherboards come with a BIOS that does that to the chip. And updating to a newer version can solve it. That's one thing to try.

Temps should be lower if correctly mounted IMO
Is the pump definitely working?
Which header is it connected to on the motherboard?

Not vastly experienced with AIOs - could an airlock cause this?
