Since some years ago some cases have simply lacked internal speaker and if you want it you have to get it separately.
Forum rules are rather strictly against mentioning anything which can be considered competing activity but I think in case of this kind hard to find small part I can probably tell that maker of that case can direct you to where you can get it.
