Coolest person in the world?

I would have to say, since seeing Madness live on Tuesday, Suggs has to be the coolest person I've ever seen in my life, almost without question.
 
How are people judging coolness? good clothes, personality, looks, confidence, the ability to always stand out in a crowd, trend setters. theres loads of reasons, but I've seen some quite bad choices here and some pretty good ones, how you can call clarkson the coolest person in the world I have no idea for instance.. Its a tough call but I'll have to go with the likes of either

russell crowe, george clooney, Dwayne Johnson, Johny Depe, I was going to put the likess of justin timberlake, but I think timberland is cooler though, nelly fertardo.

the list could go on and on and on

Because being cool is 98.372347893295% to do with image. Which is what showbusiness and being a celebrity is all about.

Will Smith gets my vote for today, but he needs to cut that Scientology **** out. Bad news.

In fact, i'm gonna ring Uncle Phil (Shredder) up right now to sort this mess out. Perhaps speak to Vivian too.

Steve McQueen wins cool ******* of all time hands down however.
