Cooling 7800x3d

Hi all

Looking for a cooler for my amd 7800x3d please.
Im looking at the Thermalright peerless assassin, question is 120mm or 140mm?
140mm obviously moves more air than the 120mm, 66.17 vs 77.8, but bigger isnt always better, so does any one have any recommendations or experience with these fans?

PA 120 is fine, better compatibility too
the 7800x3d is incredibly easy to cool (i have two!)

The Royal Pretor 130 is better and is the best of their air coolers at the moment. Right now it's a bargain too as you can pick it up for less than £36. The fans are 28mm thick too. For that money you won't find anything better.

Just to note that the Royal Pretor is also bigger, so you should check clearances first

The 7800X3D can be cooled pretty easily, even passively. The question of a 120 or 140mm cooler is more about the sound level and the effect the graphics card and other components have on temperatures.
