Still looking around to optimise my upcoming build (building in august ish). Got a lot of money saved, got my parents a new comp and now need my own for heavy gaming. Over holidays when i'm not going out it isn't rare to see the computer on all day.

Anyway, the build so far (rough ideas):

Will this run cool enough? Where i'll have it won't have much space around the tower, sort of in a cupboard if you will. I'm skeptical about water cooling because i'm a hopeless incompetent lol.

*Have a lot of media files etc hence the hard drive stuff going on there.

Motherboard and cpu won't work together, you will need a Z77 board.

PSU slightly overkill, unless you thinking of adding another 690 later, and perhaps drop the cpu to 3570K.

Also wrong socket on your cpu cooler mate, the 1155 model is supposed to be about as good as mine so expect about 4.6Ghz to be your max watercooling is the only way to go higher realistically.

nice spec mate just the boarrd as already stated if you going to have it in a cupboard i would look at a bit better cooling with a few extra fans the nh-d14 is a fantastic cooler for your CPU though
