hi there lads i bought a Ultima Vanquish from overclockers and after a lot of gaming my room turns to an oven, there is 1 fan for intake and 1 fan for outtake as far as i no there is only 1 more fan slot which i was going to put an intake in. Or would it be best for me to mayb go to watercooling? as i said my room without a window open after mayb a couple of hours of gaming gets a little uncomfortable.

A mate of mine also said something about a radiator which you can put into the pc which absorbs the heat?

which one would u recommend many thanks

No cooling method will reduce the heat output of a computer. The better the cooling, the colder the inside of the box. This doesn't make the room colder, sorry

About your only option is a radiator hanging out of a window or air con

I would look into cooling the room, rather than the PC. The PC won't be putting out enough heat to heat your room by any major degree.
Cooling a PC so that the heat is absorbed rather than expelled would require Phase and thats very expensive. I would cool the room with an airconditioner or window fan.

Phase wont do this either, it'll just add another 300W or so to the heat being thrown out by the system.

Nothing is going to decrease the heat thrown out by the computer, excepting undervolting, underclocking, improving component efficiency. Your options are to change the hardware, hang a radiator out a window, or more likely just aim a 12" desk fan out of the window

My gaming pc is better spec'd than the Vanquish and it doesn't put out enough heat to warm my room by any noticable degree. My AV receiver on the other hand is like a radiator so is the Plasma. Open a window or buy a fan.

I've left my system Priming overnight, to walk into my living room on a chilly morning to find it nice and toasty with the heat kicking out of my PC..

Same in my bedroom to where the missus keeps her PC..
