Cooling the CPU

Hi,

I'm looking at installing a conroe extreme once i can finally get my hands on one. Just want to know which is the best cooling fan and heat sink for it. I would appreciate anyones advice on this as i'm new to building pc's, cheers.

I would reccomend something from the Artic Freezer range, all are very easy to fit and provide excellent cooling for the price.
