Just got this back from CoolIT support:



All it is, is the plastic back that goes on the back of the motherboard, and one of the screws that screws into the plastic back from the main plate... I'm shocked, $42 to send something which isn't even 500g!? Insane.

That has just put me off them for life.

Cost next to nothing to send via normal post.

OCUK and CooliT have recognized that its extremely inconvenient for anyone to have to get a small / simple replacement part shipped from us in Canada so we have supplied OCUK a spare parts bag for such cases....should anyone else need anything, you can always just ping me. barry.reicker at coolitsystems.com

@ MasterPlan - The backplate and a few spare screws were posted this morning by 1st Class Recorded Delivery...so hopefully you'll be up and running soon!
