Hey guys,

I got one of these back in october, And while its a brilliant cooler it does have two problems which i need help with.

1. The Unit beeps when the coolant is below 18C, When i first turn the computer on i need to run something like 3d mark to stress my machine to get the tempreture up. Is there anyway of disarming this?

2. The Voltage on the pump keeps dropping. When its under something like 700rpm the unit beeps (as a warning). Last night my CPU ended up hitting 98C because the pump completely stopped. However sometimes its fine.

I've got the pump plugged into the 4pin Fan power on my motherboard as recommended.

I've ordered a Molex to 4pin Fan adaptor incase its my motherboard thats not applying enough voltage but i somehow doubt this is the case :(

I really cant be bothered removing the radiator to get the serial number to sign up for coolit warrently and then having to send the unit back to canada!

Any help is appreciated.

I have the problem with it beeping during startup, but I assumed that is because I swapped out the stock fan for x2 apaches and have it connected using a 3 pin splitter but plugged in with the 4 pin pwm from the pump - after a minute or so it stops and the fans just run at 100% constantly, but doesn't matter as they're quiet enough.

I wouldn't think it would be a power problem as I have the pump and 2 apaches all running from the one 4 pin socket on the motherboard.

Make sure that you have disabled all the CPU fan speed control stuff in the bios as the unit should handle all this by itself,

Same with the beeping, apparently you will be able to disable it with Maestro... when you buy it! I think 18*C is a ridiculous temperature to give a warning, surely they must realise that it is going to be colder than that when you first boot it up- especially as they are from Canada!

Their support is excellent though, I had problems with a damaged retention bracket (one of the screws pinged out and the spring sat on my GPU for weeks without causing damage!) they asked for a serial number, I couldn't find it and they sent me a replacement very quickly.

Glad I won it in a competition as I would be very unimpressed if I spent over £100 on it! Also, do you get gargling noises every now and again from your unit, I think this is normal but I'd just like to check!
