They regularly steal the cable from railways... I've been delayed a couple of times this year because of it

Taken this and distributed through out a couple of Recycling companies, usually we get emails like this, if it's in the local area - but if they're smart they'll probably try to take it somewhere a bit more afield. Hopefully a couple of these companies will pass something like this one.
