Copy of Outlook Emails

Im looking to move to a new job soon and would like to keep a copy of the emails that I currently have in a company outlook account

Is there anyway of Backing it up and be able access without the original outlook profile

save it as a pst and copy it on to a usb stick then import the pst file at your new place.

goto export from file menu and then pst file.

Will the .pst file be compatable with any version of outlook inc Mac version ??

Worked Great

now i have to work out how to get all the emails with attachments out of 'enterprise vault' archiving system.

Make sure you take the emails out of the vault before your export them to PST or they will be useless.
