My Mum has recently purchased a Panasonic kx-tg6621e cordless phone. All was going okay with it (apart from the hideous ringtones). Only now it won't ring or go to answer phone. All the ringers are set (both on the base unit and the handset with volume maxed on both) and it's not on night mode. The weird thing is that if I answer the phone when I ring from my mobile (even though the handset is not actually ringing) I can still answer my call and speak. So the calls are going through but there is no indication that they are going through. Am I missing something very obvious here or is the phoned knackered?
