Core 2 Extreme faster than Core 2 Duo? What differences?

I have changed my mind about waiting for SB, the mainstream chips will be limited in overclocks, on purpuse by Intel. So we gonna have to pay more to get a 'unlocked' chip that can overclock.

Grrrr

Intel are doing my head in atm lol, dont they get enough money.
