want save money, as more as possible. May be get mobo P6T ?

do you already have a thermalright 120? guessin thats what the bolt thru kit for

PSU can be droped to 750w version.

Part from that pretty good spec.

yep . I have thermalright ultra 120 extreme .
750 will be enought ?
and what about mother ? Overclocking will be 4 ghz

I'm running the P6T, haven't tried overclocking with it yet, but its supposed to support a nice overclock for the price of the board. However from what i've read the P6T-Deluxe is a beast of an over clocker, and if you saving some money on the power supply, my recommendation would be to swap the gigabyte board you have listed with the Asus.

I'd go for a 750w corsair psu and get a 4890 gpu instead.
