Core speed wrong?

Hi all. Gigabyte GA-P35-DS4, E6600 Core 2, Geil 6400 Black Dragon 2x2GB

Am going to overclock but am confused before I start

CPU-Z is showing:

Core Speed: 1600.0 MHz
Multiplier: x6.0
Bus Speed: 266.7 MHz
Rated FSB 1066.7FSB

I've read in another thread where the guy showed the same core speed, that the multiplier needs to be increased to x9?

My Advanced BIOS settings already show the CPU Clock ration as x9. Have typed out my BIOS settigs below. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong please?
