is it right to have core temps at diffrent readings ?
currently using the latest coretemp and
core 0 is reading 30
core 1 is reading 37

is this ok ?

A small difference is normal, but that sounds a bit much for a dual-core. What are they like under 100% load?

currently running occt at 100% and there is a difference of 6 degrees between each core
0 = 48
1 = 54

i will post complete after 1 hr test

right
after a 1hr test at 100% load the temps fluctuated between 5 and 6 degrees between each other
its now at idle and 0 is at 35 and 1 is at 42
advise please

Providing all 4 legs of the cooler are fully inserted, everything should be ok.

is the thermal compound thgat comes on the ac freezer pro 7 any good
on my thermaltake blue orb 2 i noticed that it was applied in a patern as apose to being spread

i have a tube artctic silver, is it worth replacing the pre applied stuff with arctic silver?

question:- cure times for compound, if a cure time is 48 hours doe4s that mean stay off computer for 48 hours ?

many thanks all for help

Yeah the pre-applied thermal paste is good. It shouldn't need to be cured as it's from their MX range and not their Silver range.

I wouldn't worry about it tbh.

But if you are worried then try reseating it with new paste.

i know this is a daft question but i will ask it anyway
when reapplying my paste, to clean it using the arctic 1 and 2 step solutions and then applying compound, i do take the processor out dont i ? lol sorry need to know
