Correct memory speed?

In this screenshot it says my RAM is running at 374.8 MHz, but its meant to be DDR2 6400, so surely it should be at 400Mhz?
Or am i missing something here?

Its an e6400 and its overclocked to just under 3Ghz

Thanks for that i pushed the FSB up to 400 so now its 1:1 again.....seems stable so far, time will tell
