correct way to deal with this? mp3 on bus?

Hi all,

On the local bus today as it was raining and so walking was out the question. Some lad, 18-19 year old, ipod in hand, music on so loud everyone on the bus can hear what the words are.

The guy was sat on the seat next to me, looking ahead and would not make eye contact with anyone, wonder why.

Now, in the past i would have just battered him, today i was thinking about it, but my anger managment course kicked in and i just ran through the judge asking me why i dangled the guy out the window by his feet from the bus just as his music is too loud and it did seem a little OTT, but i was tempted.

Now, if i could buy a directional epm gun or would a pair of wire cutters be allowed to snip the headphone leads, or would me siting next to him with a louder heavy metal song be allowed...

Sometimes people amaze me with how selfish they can be. or maybe its me in a morning not being a morning person.

And they want me to catch the bus more lol! no thanks.

There are worse things in life that spending a journey on a bus next to someone with a loud mp3 player tbh :/

Seconded, if you don't tell him it's a problem he's not going to stop, obviously if you live in some hellish ghetto were people get stabbed for asking people to turn there music down then don't bother.

Surely a wind up? Nobody could write this seriously...........I hope.

If you are serious you may want to ask for a refund for your anger management course. You may also consider next time, getting the persons attention, if necessary by waving rather than punching them, and then suggesting that it would be kind if they could turn the volume down a bit.
 
when the bus turns to the left or the right (depending which side he is on) as the bus turns jolt towards him and smack the ipod outta his hands. Then say something along the lines of "oh crap that was a sharp turn"

If the ipod isnt in his hands just slap him in the face.

Works wonders ! :D
 
Turn in the direction he is sat in and stare at him menacingly until he gets the message.

If this doesn't work after a minute move closer.
