Corsa CDTi glow plugs

Evening all,

I've got a 2004 Corsa 1.3 CDTi and have noticed that it does not always start first time. Its done 31000 miles and does a lot of stop/starts. Do you guys think the glow plugs need changing?

I think you need to get shot of the Fiat engined thing quick smart. We have had 2, 07Corsa vans on there third engine each and it was all down to town driving. Something to do with there emissions system both have under 15000 miles on them.

Does anyone know what the official interval is when your supposed to change the glow plugs?

If the car is always doing short runs it wouldn't do any harm for it to have a good long run. I doubt the glow plugs will require changing at 31k.

if the light on the dash goes out there OK if it stays on they need changing
