My corsair 1500 (none v2) have stopped playing sound and crackling i have requested a rma from the UK and they want me to ship them to The Netherlands
at my own cost are they serious?

Give the customer service dept a call, it's a USA based department but it's free to call on Skype - I RMA'ed my £50 PSU last year, would have cost £20 to send back to the Netherlands but after speaking to them they arranged a courier to pick it up for me, so will probably do the same if you have a chat

Would like to thank corsair to the swift replacement and upgrade they arranged for me they supplied me with a corsair vengeance 2000 headset for my 1500 i sent in.
Especially thank to the corsair rep from these forums (sorry cant remember the user name) he helped arrange free collection.
