Corsair 900D Black & Gold Theme *GTX780SLI,Dual Quad Rad,Hardline Watercooling* Lots Of Pictures

Looks really good, black and gold colour schemes are incrasing in popularity and I can see why! :)

Are you going to redo the tube between CPU and res to make the top horizontal? It really bugs me that pretty much everything else is sat 90 degrees, except for that one pipe! I LOVE how you took it around the RAM though, rather than over it as everyone else does.

^^ THIS

It was the first thing I noticed when viewing the final pictures and would alloy the hell out of me knowing its not straight.

It is a fantastic build log and you've given a superb series of images.

Wow so many comments, wasn't expecting this!

Colinmcr would love to take one of them off your hands, but after looking at my mobo specs I've got a 70mm spacing :( will confirm later when I can actually physically measure it.

And cost well I would imagine along the lines of 3k maybe a little more but yes far far cheaper than the yoyotech one yes!

Damo667 I was considering doing the EK logo on the backplates gold, the logo is only stuck on so it's defiantly something I can do in the future if needs be . And the free centre ones come in a hardline fitting, and the angle fittings can be used with either Aslong as it's got a standard 1/4 thread

My postman hates me :D always getting parts delivered!

Thanks you for all the comments!

awesome quality build there 10/10. only 2 things i reckon is backplates for the gpus with ek in gold and wondering what made you only go gold on the cpu fittings i think they look awesome. ive got the monsoon gold free centre compressions and angle fittings in my rig i presume they dont do them in hardline? going to get some of that gold paint for my sp120's as well been thinking about it for a while as my build is blue/black/gold.

i love how clean those acrylic covers make the whole thing look. so much so i thought at first the motherboard and tray were covered by the same piece , only further down i realised it was its own armour it comes with.

You can covert your current Monsoon fittings with the "Compression Conversion Kit" not available on OcUK yet, but can be found elsewhere. I'm converting mine to accept hardline, you get a new insert to replace your current barb and the acrylic collar to suit.

Good work mate. Some nice touches there e.g. the gold plates behind the openings, nice attention to detail.

Also thanks for the shots of the monsoon hardline kit, definitely inspiring me to do that next time.

very nice and out of the box thinking,if i was doing the same i think i would have went clear tubing with mayhems aurora gold but thats me :)

agreed with colin. black looks better in this case.
gold fluid might be a bit too much. unless you decide to have 2 separate loops in the future. you could have one with black fluid and gold res, and one with gold fluid and black res (i'm going to do something similar with black and white)

OP have you tried taking the mesh out of the top panel. i realised that its really restrictive and after I removed it my idle temps dropped by 4 degrees!

I think your machine looks very sexy, very professional, I've just ordered the same case, so it was both awesome and inspireing.
