The 850w Superflower and EVGA G2 look great for the money, torn myself between them and Seasonic's Platinum 860, the 850w G2 currently has to be the best bang for buck in that power range, and a 10 yr guarantee!
PSU calculators state 1000w PSU recomendations for the system I hope to be running this year, but thats also a D5 pump or two, with a bucket load of fans, some overclocking, and with two 290X or AMD's new equivalents. Plus a few HDDs. Taking away the rad fans and pumps and speccing an AIO gives me more like 850w with two 290X on those calculators. I am guessing those calculators over spec as if everything including the LED lights on the case are running at maximum.
Shame the Superflower and EVGA have no platinums at 850w but I guess they would cost as much as the Seasonic.
