I would go with a 750w give your self some head room, those online calculators are just for rough estimates. if you overclock you will want more and the GTX 1070 clocks nice as does 4770k its free speed so don't skimp on the PSU.

I've just won an auction for this one for £36 and I won't need to overclock imo

It will be fine.

I ran my 4790K @ 4.5Ghz with an overclocked 290X/GTX980 for 2 years with no issues on my Seasonic 550w PSU, still using same power supply today with 6700k @4.7Ghz and a GTX1060.

First link I found searching google for 1070 power draw showed 300 odd watts maximum system power draw playing Crysis 3.

600w is fine. What a system pulls from the wall in real life use is a lot lower than expected. The problem for psu's is benchmarking when you max out your system that's when the number on the box come into play.

I think that figure is very reasonable and indeed in practice I doubt the system will get anywhere near that figure, unless you really thrash the graphics card! A good quality 500W PSU would be fine. People tend to err on the side of caution because it often doesn't cost more for an extra 100 watts.

There are two versions of the Corsair CX600. One with 552W on the +12v rail, and the other with 480W. The calculator result (470W) should be for worst case, so should be fine. Not that it makes it a good quality gaming PSU.
