Corsair Force 3 setup

I've picked up a Corsair Force 3 (120Gb) to replace my old pair of samsung SSDs (2x60Gb Raid 0). Can anyone point me in the right direction for the setup?

I'm running a Dell m1730 XPS on Window 7 (64 bit) and will be looking to set up the Force 3 to replace the raid, and probably drop one of the 60Gb Samsungs into the second slot as extra storage. I DON'T want to re-install (don't have time) so would like to clone onto the new drive... so:

1/ What's the best software to clone the drive (I do have WHS so could backup / restore if needed)
2/ Anything I need to tweak to get the most out of the drive (Modes/alignment etc...)
3/ Anything else I should consider?

I'm guessing something like Acronis Trueimage would be the easiest? Can I just drop the new SSD into an enclosure, clone and replace?

Do the Tips in This Guide still stand now?
- I'm not going to switch off the page file, but how about the other ideas - less concerned about longevity than I am about smooth performance, so will probably not mess about with indexing either?
