Do they have the same issues that the vertex 3 has?

if so I guess I will be looking at the crucial m4 128GB

Not had any issues with the one I reviewed a few threads down with two completely different spec machines.

There has been a firmware update or two since the hoo'har and the first thing I did was to update the firmware on it before any testing.

do you know what warranty they come with? I assume it will run on a sata II port

edit looks like 3yr according to corsair website :-)

3 years and yes it will work in a SATAII port, it will just be held back by it till you upgrade to a motherboard with a SATAIII port.

anyone else got one of these running trouble free, I am leaning toward the crucial M4 even though it slower, I am worried regarding the sandforce issues..

my corsair force 3 was crap, BSOD, hangs, etc RMA'd it for a OCZ, works nicely

Ive had mine for about a month now and ive not had any issues at all, Awesome drive

*EDIT* also has the latest firmware on it.
