corsair h100 problem?

Excuse double post... My setup is similar to yours and I really have to push it to increase fan speed.

Try low pump setting

Run prime

When temps hit 60 up the pump speed an see if it picks up to lower the fluid temps.

Tried this, it seems to go up slightly but i mean really slightly.

Whatever I do I can get the fans to spin up, even on a 5ghz overclock with 1.4 vcore :/

I don't know how so many people are experiencing problems with the H100, I've had mine in for just over a week and not had any problems.......yet

Now my pump is making a weird clicking noise :(

FFS Corsair, looks like a lot of the H100's are faulty, all different lot codes too.

I feel like just getting this POS returned and refunded and get a havik instead.

In the past week, i have had 2x H60's returned for a refund due to the pump making horrible noises. I then bought an H80 which worked for all of 20mins before the fan controller failed.

Having read the Corsair Cooling forum, it is rife with failures from nearly all models. Support are suggesting RMA in almost every case. That indicates to me a very poor quality control.

Bought a Noctua DH14 and not looked back since.

Ashame about the Corsair coolers, as they are pretty smart in design and do keep good CPU temps.
