Tried what you suggested Greybeard and still getting the same thing. When I press the button on the cooler the fans do slow down but then speed up again when I release it

Sorry to hear that Mortanto. Seems like the FW is not resetting at all.

I would suggest that we get that unit replaced via our RMA. Submit a ticket here, then let me know the ticket #. I'll see to it that we get your replacement processed ASAP.
