Corsair h150i elite lcd & 12700k

Hi all. I am currently using a Noctua nh d15 cooler on my 12700k and it’s running perfectly fine but I want to change to an aio for mainly aesthetic reasons.

Would the Corsair h150i elite lcd be ok on an Asus z690 strix gaming a motherboard? Will I see an improvement in cooling from the Noctua?

I have one of these with a 12700K clocked to 5.1/4.0 and very happy with it.

Run all my fans (case included) and the pump on silent and it works great.

Couldn't say what difference you'd see between this and the Noctua.
