Corsair or nothing?

Personally I assume , because of my experience in the past , that if you buy Corsair it will probably be well designed and hard wearing.

I would not go out of my way to buy them but I think it fair to say that usually they are decent/good.

I have a Corsair 800D which is lovely, overpriced when new, rubbish for Air cooling and whichever idiot designed the on switch of deserves to be taken outside and ....

BUT I love the case and as I am watercooling it's poor performance viz a viz air cooling is not a problem. To me it looks the dogs ........:)

I use corsair 140 Quiet case fans but use Apache's to blow though the rad. i.e. horses for courses.

I was using a Corsair H60 cooler and found it excellent - much better than the ECO I had been using. (one of the reasons for buying it was the assumption, proven true, that such would be good quality.)

I have not used Corsair psu's to date - simply because that when buying I have found better (cheaper) alternatives.

Summary - if a novice asked 'would you generally recommend Corsair ?'-- the answer would be 'Yes'.
