Webnote them or post in the Sales forum.

Mine (K95 w/ Sails logo) didn't have the mat/velcro ties) but they sent them out the next day

My guess is a lot of companies are trying to take advantage of the "Gaming" market and trying to rebrand a bit. Sort of like how HyperX has tried to set its name in the gaming market and distance itself from Kingston a bit.

Though I must say, Corsair has had to pick one of the worst logos possible! In my opinion of course

So i got my mouse matt but it was not an XXL

Spoken to online web chat today (after 3 failed attempts yesterday) and they are going to send me the right one out next week!
