Corsair PSU popped and sparked

I have just had a very pleasent dealing with Corsair regarding some extra power supply cables. Funnilly enough, it was because of a post from you Yellowbeard on another forum. Excellent customer service :)
 
It cost me £30 to send my HX620 to the states. Even though its very well built, quiet etc, I would think twice if it went again.
Mine was outside of the 1 year retailers warranty.
