seems like you guys are having good luck with corsair,whereas im getting the opposite,i had to send some ram off 2 weeks ago this is what i recieved in the web ticket

a few days passed.....
Some moderator on the corsair forum recommended i contact corsair by telephone,i tried and it failed,he then told me it was for USA customers only...so i waited
i then found out that they had sent my ram only for it to be stuck at the depot in netherlands...this is what i posted after i contacted UPS by telephone to see why my ram was being held in the depot
I have contacted them,they sent me an email saying that my ram had been posted for delivery by UPS on 15th April 2010,i used the tracking number on the UPS website and it shows that my Ram is still held in the UPS depot(status EXCEPTION)so i called up UPS by telephone and spoke to an assistant,she told me the reason why the ram is being held is because we have not actually recieved the item yet from corsair(netherlands)to send to you...so i have just sent them another email....i cant do anything without my ram and its been long enough that i have had to wait,as far as im concerned corsair(netherlands) are a bunch of cowboys,after this Bad experience i will NOT be buying anything from corsair again,They have quality products which are expensive,i expected better support for the money i paid,next time i buy some ram which will be for my rampage 3 will be from another brand,overall a pathetic RMA service from corsair
All i got was a "sorry"...then i waited another 2 days and got this yesterday

A very bad experiecne for me and i will not be buying corsair products again,the fact that you have to send the faulty goods overseas(netherlands) is a learning curve for me never to be repeated again,next time i will buy from a company that is based in the UK..at the end of the day your only paying for the Brand,but with bad customer service like this they have lost me as a customer,shame on you corsair,bunch of cowboys
i am still waiting for my RAM....if it ever comes
