corsair rma time??

Hey guys, RMA'd a PSU, they've apparently dispatched an r4eplacement but not given me a tracking number, spent 3 days in no parcel, I've contacted em but they're slow as snails. any idea how long it takes? and which courier they use?
 
It took a good while from them saying my two were on the way, to when they actually arrived. Possibly a week or two. Staying in for three days just because they said they sent it, but with no estimated delivery date? Interesting move!

Thanks mate, best ever experience I had with Corsair, will be buying everything Corsair from now on, I just wished they made graphics cards and motherboards :). 10/10 service
 
Corsair use a certain bolton based e-tailer as an RMA centre in the UK. Be aware they consider your warranty void if any of the modular cables are missing.
 
Rats, wish I'd read this thread before stripping all of the cables out of my PC to return my PSU to Corsair. I was hoping to keep them in place but I assume Corsair ask for their return in case the cables are actually part of the problem, which makes sense.

I'm finding the RMA process to be quite slow, Nick I have messaged you. I shipped my PSU on a 24hr service, it arrived 23/5/2018 just before 8am. Status update didn't change to processing until 6 days later?! Just seems a very slow process when you've paid for a high end product. I even provided images of me testing my PC with another PSU to show I had actually tested it was the PSU that had died and nothing else.

Hoping my PSU is on its way to me soon!

what happened to your PSU? what is wrong with it? I have a OC computer that is only 4 years old (new PSU bought at the time) and on start up the boot is now failing unless I revert to stock settings. I am wondering - is it the PSU or the mobo? or something else. There is no burning smell or strange noises - just the boot issue when OC (OC mobo bundle bought from OcUK Dec15).
