Shut the door and heard bits full down, one door clip fell to pieces :(

Emailed corsair see if they could send out a new door clip or just the 1 part that was broke cost £3 i suppose.

Got a email back sending a complete new door :D now that's service for you.

I had a warped side pannel and 1 of the sata hotswop cables was faulty, sent them a e-mail and they replaced both parts for free had no problem at all, can't fault the customer after sales probably 1 of the best out there.I also did it from there forum and I think it was yellowbeard who private messaged me asking for part numbers etc got it all delivered in less than a week.

i had the same on my 800d faulty sata connector on their hard drive connection, I got a new full set of backplanes in 2 days from contacting them, had a faulty SSD drive where i work too and that took 24hours to get a replacement.

From what I've heard they've got a good support service on pretty much everything, the only issue is when you have to RMA something *cough PSU's* and then it can start to get expensive xD But good to hear that people are having good experience with them as so much of my new build is corsair parts...

Well received a big box today, which at first thought Corsair had made a mistake

From the first contact to receiving panel it's took 5-6 days.
Great service :D

Great customer service there! Nice to know manufacturers will help if you break something :)

Only one slightly diverse question... how can you cope with having your cat's ****box right next to your sofa/chair!? damn dude! My cat's box is stuffed way out by my back door and it's still rank lol

niceee, there amazing I got a H50 from MM and asked if just the 775 back plate could be sent and they sent me both brackets for nothing.

Fractals doesn't seem too bad, I managed to get a replacement side panel after they realized it was there bidding and blagged another :P so I have no ugly fan grill on the side and one to window mod when I grab some new discs XD

Nice to hear shame about the cost of posting their power supplies to the netherlands though.

How much does that cost? i sent a Vertex that just died a couple of weeks ago that cost nearly a tenner :( to the Netherlands. I would have sent cheap post but royal mail just can't be trusted.
