First time ever sending anything to Corsair, and I'm pleasantly surprised with their service!
Raised an RMA because my Vengeance 2000 had cracked on the plastic holding one of the ear cups, so it'll just fall apart when taking it off/adjusting it.
Sent it away to the Netherlands and within a week got this!
Free upgrade to the 2100!

iv had my psu case closed due to not having the invoice yet iv got the unit/photos/offerd to send them it back
