First time ever sending anything to Corsair, and I'm pleasantly surprised with their service!

Raised an RMA because my Vengeance 2000 had cracked on the plastic holding one of the ear cups, so it'll just fall apart when taking it off/adjusting it.

Sent it away to the Netherlands and within a week got this!

Well done it's better than cooler master cs :( iv had my psu case closed due to not having the invoice yet iv got the unit/photos/offerd to send them it back

I didn't need any of that if I remember rightly! Just the serial number of my headset and that's all! :)

Never had to experience coolermaster though.
 
Cant beat Logitech tbh, beat the crap out of my keyboard, punched, kicked, headbutted you name it and sent it away as it stopped working and they sent me a brand new one of the latest model.

Wished I had sent them back my Logitech G15 v1 after spilling coke on it...

I miss that keyboard. :(
 
Fully endorse Corsair RMA/Support.

Had some issues with their DDR1 Ram a VERY long time ago (10+ years now), and when you still needed to call their US Call Centre up. Suffice it to say, was very satisfied with how they resolved the case.

Always grabbed their stuff since then. (*Touch wood*, and hoping it stays that way)
 
Luckily never had a corsair product fail on me *touch wood* but it's good to know I'm covered either way :)
 
I raised an RMA against my Vengeance 2000 last week too as the microphone stalk no longer stays in position, it just falls down.

They've offered me a 2100 replacement same as yourself, but i've asked them to pay for postage as it's only 7 months old, they've said ok and are sending a pre-paid label ... saves me £15-20
 
This should probably be in the General Hardware section :p I myself have also experienced great service from them, a turnover of under a week for a new PSU :)
 
As an early adopter to the Hydro i-series coolers I was unlucky and suffered a failure.

Contacted Corsair via their support forums and was asked to give them a quick call at their California based office. However rather than expecting me to make an international call, costing a small fortune they gave me a Skype ID to call, making it free. During the call they arranged a UPS pick up from my home address to their service centre in the Netherlands & dispatched a new unit once it was arrive there.

All in all, including a bank holiday, 5 day turn-around.
 
Thanks for taking the time to share all of your very positive after sales experience guys. I'll see to it my team sees this thread as I'm pretty sure that they'll be delighted to see that all of their hard work are being acknowledged and commended :) Rest assured that we will continue to do our best to make sure that our support team is always on top of their game and will always be second to none.

My HX620 with 5 year warranty blew up, sent it to them, and they sent me a brand new HX650 with 7 year warranty to replace it! And I didn't even send them the whole package. Just the bare unit with no cables or box
 
When my controller for my sound system broke, they paid for collection and got a new one within a week!

When my HS1a (first headphones they did if I remember correctly) had a fault (inline volume control broke) they wanted me to send the whole thing back to Europe, even though the cost of that was higher than the value of the headphones!

Seemed a bit of a swiz to me.


Still, I've got their HX750 and it's performed admirably. :)
