Corsair VS400 DDR 1GB Kit

Hello I have a question.
My Corsair Dimm 1GB kit (2 * 512MB) 400MHZ is not recognized properly in my bios.
It is shown as DDR333 / 166MHz instead of DDR400

With CPU-Z is it shown that it is VS400 DDR and the frequency it is shown 200.

Is this correct??
or should I update my bios, my mobo is 939NF49-VSTA (asrock)

Any help is welcome.

Possibly worth updating the BIOS, but double check in the BIOS to make sure the RAM is defo not running on a divider. The setting for this will probably be where you alter the timings, etc for the RAM. It may be set to AUTO at the minute or something similar so it may be worthwhile manually forcing it to 1:1 or FSB 200, etc.

Ok thanks, I will first update my bios.
I am at work at the moment, but what I can remember the ram was set on AUTO. I will do some changes and report back.
