just finished building my first build but have one problem. the ram i bought is the one on the link. ive set the timing to 4 4 4-12 manually but am not sure what i put for the 1t or 2t. can someone help?? motherboard is P5N-E

I'd guess 2T.

This is 2T stuff by default.

Just wack some more volts through them and see if they can run at 1T.

Yes but the main difference you will see is in synthetic benchmarks. Real world usable difference is much less.
