I will be doing a lot of Video Encoding this dosent require a good graphics card its more of a CPU task,

Only if i was going to do video decoding would i need a decent graphics card.

Is all of this True?

thanks

the crosair 520 will be more than you need an i do suggest you get tthe nvidia mentioned below instead of the 1650pro they pretty much same price and the nvidia is deffiantlt a good bit faster

Check the +12v rail current rating (Corsair website). I've got a 550W beast of a PSU in my rig and have just had serious problems cos my BFG 256mb graphics card needs 20A to run at full tilt and my PSU only supplies 14A continuous to the +12v rail, the rest is on the 5.5 and 3v rails.
Just something to watch for
