On top, is that mesh UNDER glass? What sort of clearance does that give? Not clear from the pics. Is it front glass and mesh behind it too?

Pretty sure those are removable dust filters.

Top is 35mm, Front is 30mm for the radiator, but you can remove the air guide part at the front to give you more space.

Thanks for that, not enough room sadly to change case without having to replace all my radiators

yea that's a nice looking case,same as above having to get rid of my 420mm rads tho would be a pain,one of the nicest looking cases I have seen for the money.
