Could I get away with this legally?

My ol Cheese used to say to me....

"You can get away with practically anything.... As long as you do it quietly"

The comment was in relation to the straight through, slash cut Zoomie exhausts I'd put on my car. The comment is rather relevant though to all sorts of... practices.

Well their website states:

"We kindly request that you do not bring the following items within your luggage:

* Any weapons
* Drugs or solvents (other than medicines)
* Live or dead animals
* Fish or insects
* Battery powered wheelchairs/disabled scooters, unless they are pre-booked
* Prams
* Non folding pushchairs
* Non folding bicycles

Any other items considered unsuitable for carriage by reason of their weight, size, shape or character."

Which train operator is this?

What if you'r doing your food shoppping in town with the sprog and go home on the train?

I know I've seen spaces designed for bikes on Great Western trains too.

edit:

Right so it's National Express, meaning most of what I just said doesn't apply.

They won't search you and once your bags are on the train they aren't going to search them so if it's against the rules or not it's very unikely to make a difference.

It's not like you have to go through a security check so I highly doubt they would ever find out.

I know plenty of people that travel from cadet weekends loaded with camping gear and other bits and bobs and have never had any problems so youl be fine

as long as you dont ignite it and start cooking sauages and beans on the train you will be fine :)

just take it?

Then if you get put to trial follow the following steps:

"I am technically a minor, so I cannot therefore be tried as a criminal or a terrorist"
Criminal responsability a).

"I was intoxicated at the time"

"I am addicted to drugs"
"I have an alcohol problem"

there you go.

Id just take it, all the people that go to festivals by train seem to get by ok, wouldnt worry about it.
