Could someone run their eye over this setup please to check psu and overclock abilities?

After spending a while having a nose and a read, I've come up with this setup. Could I ask if this setup would allow ocing of the 955, and would the psu be powerful enough?

HDD and case are already sorted This is about the maximum I can stretch to at the moment

Right - that's that lot ordered then - went for PapaLazaru's better spec'd gpu and stulid's psu.
