Could someone upload a gamesave from HL2?

I've had HL2 since the day of release and I've never got round to finishing it. Mainly because of motion sickness . . . but that was 3 years ago. I've decided to have another crack at it now that I have EP1&EP2. I was just wondering if anyone had the gamesave a level just before you meet the robotic dog, so it can refresh my memory.

Would it be better off just starting again? I'd rather not waste a few hours catching up though . . .
