I have the sat nav DVD for my car on my hard disc as an ISO file. I've been adding speed cameras to it and its gone through several generations of ISO to get to what I have now, changing one or two files each time. The DVDs I burn of each new ISO file I make have been fine until now whereby the DVD reader in the car often reboots.
The latest DVD has no higher than 5 PI errors and no more than 1 PIF error throughout. Could making several generations of ISO file on the hard disc cause errors down the line?
