My bet if I had to, is that it's an ARM SoC dedicated to low power video tasks/home screen/DRM. AMD have Trustzone already, it would be a big plus when it comes to getting content providers on board. If this is the case, we'll likely never get to know what exactly lurks in there.
My first choice bet would be there isn't anything under the GPU at all, except substrate
No surprise there whatsoever. While it was lovely to even hope it might be true (who doesn't want the console to be more powerful?), we all knew the rumours were rubbish.
Most believeable thing in this thread. I know people don't claim to care much about BC, but there are still some good games to come on 360 so I think it would be a nice free bonus for people who already pre-ordered who don't want to keep 2 boxes in their bedroom/living room etc.
