Ok so heres the deal, i have decided that i dont know what all this new hardware is, i havent build a pc in a while, well not a serious pc anyways, done the odd build for parents etc.

But i dont really know about all the performance parts, especially now the 1156 i7's have been released i really dont know where to go, im quite comfortable with overclocking so perhaps a board that can over clock quite well..

So heres the challege if you will.. I have a budget of £1500

And for this i will need everything except a mouse.

I dont like the look of the Antec Cases so they are a no for me, but i love the sleek lines of the lian li cases.

I will be mostly using the comptuer for gaming, 3D work, and all the other everyday things, oh as well as programming while im at uni so i ideally want a lot of storage space.

Anyways other than that.. its compltely open.

Havent included gfx card, as the new series are out tomorrow, or keyboard, which is very much personal choice, but for rest, hows this look? Its a bit much on case I know, Id normally go for an antec 902 but you already ruled them out

Wicked that looks good, i didnt realise there were new cards out tomorrow.
I dunno what it is about the antec cases i just dont seem to like them see. Bit too flashey for me maybe.

Theyre not all flashy, the P series are quite subdued, anyway the Lian Li's are nice, you might want to look at the Silverstone Fortress too, bit cheaper, if you post in cases forum you can get some more specific advice, Im not wholly up on my Lian Li's tbh, Esat is and he's normally lurking in there
Yeah new 58 series out 23rd :D

- Well he dont like antecs aesthetics so I doubt he'd like HAF
- Most people dont NEED any more than a UD3R
- Dint go for megahalems just cos I was lazy, lol, Noctua drops in, Megahalems and TRUE Id of had to add a 120mm fan or two

Upon further reading i cannot recommend that corsair case it needs work to get good airflow.
